We want you to love your new look, which is why Sunglass Hut® offers free returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request to ensure your return shipping is completely free.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shades

  Carefully place your sunglasses in their original case and packaging, then secure them inside a sturdy shipping box with the printed return authorization form.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or scheduled pick-up point.
